Wagyu beef flank steak.


    Flank steak/Bavette is another flat cut. It is similar to skirt steak but has a more pronounced grain and tends to be leaner. It is another excellent cut for marinading, grilling and slicing thinly against the grain.


    Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.


    Pickup available with prior arrangement.
