    Like shins, cheeks are a tough cut full of connective tissue that needs low and slow braising. Give them the time and they will turn into a beautiful fork tender dish with an incredible depth of flavour.


    Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
