    Wagyu shin doesn’t carry the increased marbling that the breed is famous for, but when seared until caramelised all over and then braised low and slow they transform into a tender, luscious dish. Make amazing ragu for serving over pasta or simmer with chipotle chilis and mexican spices for barbacoa beef.


    Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
