Both from a carcass that was digitally imaged as marble score 11.6 at the 12th rib (doesnt not reflect actual marble score of other cuts supplied but gives indication of proportional quality of cut)
Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
