Wagyu silverside carries more marlbing than a normal silverside, making for a richer eating experience. Our silversides come ready brined and are great for corned beef as is, or rubbed with spices and smoked for epic homemade pastrami.

Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
