Wagyu beef eye fillet.


    Wagyu eye fillet is very special and is the sort of cut you get when have an occasion to celebrate. Normally a very tender but lean cut, the marbling in our Wagyu eye fillet takes it to the next level of richness and juiciness.


    Great as a steak but amazing roasted as a whole piece and thinly sliced, seared as beef tataki - or even a wee Beef Welly if you want to go old school.


    Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
