Wagyu beef finger ribs.


    Finger ribs are the intercostal muscle, cut from between the back ribs.

    They are very similar to short ribs and you cook the same, low and slow. Being boneless they are ideal for 'burnt ends', smoked until tender then glazed in BBQ sauce... yes please :)


    Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
