Wagyu beef flatiron steak.

    Flatiron aka Oyster blade steaks are cut from the shoulder blade. Well marbled and tender, the grain runs along the length of the cut and they are perfect when grilled hot and fast and sliced against (across) the grain.

     

    These steaks will require some trimming of sinew before cooking but the result will be worth it!

    Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
