Wagyu beef hanger steak.
One of the 'butcher's steaks'- as it was often kept by the butchers rather than sold. The hanger is cut from the diaphragm close to the skirt steak. It is very tender and full of flavour and is also one of the rarest cuts - only one per animal.
Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
