The Queen of steaks. A prized cut in South America and staple of churrascaria (Brazilian steakhouses). Sitting on top of the rump, the Picanha has more intense marbling than the rest of the rump and a beautiful fat cap – perfect for grilling over the coals.

Picanha is one of the cuts that really showcases the Wagyu beef difference - If you know any South American meat lovers, buy one of these and take it over for some churrasco - you will have a friend for life!
