Wagyu beef rump steak.
Rump steak is a staple on the BBQ - great flavour and value. Rump steak is a great option to introduce yourself to Wagyu beef - it carries much more marbling than normal beef but isn't so highly marbled that it is tricky to cook, or so rich it needs to be eaten in small amounts.
Great on the BBQ grilled medium rare but also works well in curries, kebabs or thinly sliced for stir frys.
