Bone in short ribs

Rachaels #1 cut! Bone in, highly marbled and primed for low and slow on the smoker. Or butterfly cut them for Korean style Galbi... amazing either way.

These are sent as a whole plate of 5 ribs. It's a big cut, dimensions approximately  400mm x 250mm.

Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
