Skirt steak is Shad's favourite secondary cut. The richness and juiciness of Wagyu skirt makes for absolutely unbeateable beef fajitas or tacos - spice rub/dry brine then grilled over hot coals, served with a tangy salsa in a fresh tortilla and an ice cold beer... doesn't get much better.

Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
