This ain't your Gramdmas topside... Normally an extremely lean cut, our topside roasts are well marbled. These make for fabulous roast beef when cooked rare using the reverse sear technique, or amazing dired and cured as bresaola.
Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
