The ultimate Wagyu beef super rich trim pack - for the true OCD mad scientist burger enthusiasts who grind their own beef from scratch.

 

This trim is very rich so may need blended down with leaner cuts when grinding (or not!).

 

Vaccum packed into approximately 8kg bags.

Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Please note product will be sent frozen.
