Wagyu beef Tritip.

The tritip is a triangular cut from the rear quarter. Not well known in NZ, it is full of flavour and a popular BBQ cut in California.

Unlike brisket it doesn't have lots of connective tissue (but it is far more marbled than normal tritip!) so it doesn't need hours on the smoker - great grilled or smoked until medium rare or cut thinly across the grain for yakuniku.

Shipping (using thermal packaging and ice packs) to South Island and North Island is available (sorry, no rural addresses). Tritip is great grilled or smoked until medium rare and cut thinly across the grain.

    Pickup available with prior arrangement.
